The Tennessee Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence has released recordings from its 2026 Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) for Cluster Detection and Investigation Live Learning Series.
Developed for foodborne and enteric disease epidemiologists and other public health professionals, this three-part series provides practical training on interpreting WGS data and applying genomic tools to support cluster detection and outbreak investigations.
