Strengthen and empower the public health workforce to effectively prevent and respond to enteric disease outbreaks
The Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence build capacity in other health departments by developing and providing online and in-person resources, training, and assistance for enteric disease surveillance and outbreak investigations. We have compiled all products, resources, and trainings developed by the five Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence in this single website. The Food Safety CoE all products website is meant to be a one-stop-shop for you and your team to find the resources you need to build and maintain an effective foodborne outbreak response program.
