This session will provide a general overview of how Artificial Intelligence systems work, as well as highlight case examples and considerations before implementing AI tools. It will feature a presentation by Luke Qian (Cornell University) and Martin Wiedmann (Cornell University).
After the presentation, the speakers will answer questions submitted at the time of registration or during the session.
Intended audience: Open to anyone in public health with specific focus on food safety.
